Third:  Let's look at houses!  You can preview homes on line and then we can view homes that are potential fits for you.  We will proceed at your pace, meeting your schedule and see as many homes as you need to make an informed decision.  As we narrow the choices down I will provide a Comparative Market Analysis on the homes to determine if they are priced correctly.   I can provide you with information about schools, shopping and any other concerns that come up.

 Fourth: We found the perfect home!!  Now my role as a negotiator will come to play.  Your  best interests are my top concern and I will work hard to pave a smooth path towards your move. During this time we will have inspections performed to learn all we can about this home.  I will keep you informed all along the way as we work with the seller.
